The ESAC creative team took familiar, everyday objects that children interact with daily and completely reimagined them on a giant scale. Three Floors of Immersive Play Experiences

The verticality of MOROM is its greatest asset. Unlike typical amusement parks that scatter rides across a single floor, this theme park utilizes an innovative multi-level structure, allowing visitors to experience ever-changing atmospheres and sub-themes as they ascend.

Starting from the main entrance and service area on the first floor, visitors ascend to the second floor, which emphasizes interactive and active role-playing experiences. The next stop is level 3, where hands-on learning opportunities and sports simulations are available.

From the moment visitors enter the premises, they are instantly greeted with a panoramic vertical view that transcends the restrictions of physical space in regular children’s playgrounds. This architectural feature accomplishes two very important goals:

• Psychological Effect: The effect of the small space that is usually experienced in indoor spaces is completely overcome by this, leaving one awestruck instantly.
• Way Finding/Sight Lines: Parents can easily keep track of their children on multiple levels, while visitors can get a peek at their favorite attractions from the first level itself.

Diverse Attractions and Eye-Catching Art Installations

Building a successful mega kids' indoor playground requires a strategic mix of interactive play zones and visually striking focal points. At MOROM, ESAC integrated custom-engineered art installations that serve as both beautiful centerpieces and fully functional play areas. Rather than purchasing standard, mass-produced equipment, we developed tailored thematic structures that encourage children to move, touch, and imagine.

To create an unforgettable visual impact, the venue integrates spectacular signature landmarks throughout the play pathways:

• The Giant Boot Installation: This structure turns a common, everyday item into an oversized fantasy landmark. Inside this towering piece, we installed a multi-tiered climbing net system that transforms vertical movement into an adventure. It serves as an iconic photo spot while functioning as a primary pathway for children to climb internally up to the second floor.
• The Giant Hourglass Sand Pool: Located in the center of the sand play zone, this massive centerpiece captures immediate attention and sparks curiosity, while providing a protected boundary for kids to create their own small worlds.
• The Bathroom Adventure Elements: For the water and mud play areas, the entry features a massive, stylized hand soap bottle installation paired with flowing wave aesthetics. This brilliant design turns a familiar home routine into an engaging, interactive environment.

Managing a massive footprint requires a strict understanding of spatial dynamics and child behavior habits. ESAC’s design team utilized advanced crowd-flow simulations to identify potential bottlenecks before construction even began. By matching specific attractions to the psychological and physical needs of different age groups across three distinct floors, our role as an experienced amusement park company allowed us to guarantee a smooth, fluid movement of guests even during peak weekend rushes. 

Creating Distinct Play Experiences on Every Floor

To keep visitors engaged throughout their stay, our engineering and design teams divided the mega space into three distinct operational environments:

• The First Floor (Onboarding & Efficiency): We dedicated this ground-level space to smooth entry logistics, customer comfort, and a unique secondary anchor. It houses the main service counters, spacious shoe-changing zones, and an integrated Ice and Snow House to provide a premium onboarding experience.

• The Second Floor (High-Density Activity): This level handles the primary wave of physical energy and imagination. The layout pairs highly structured career simulation spaces with a massive, multi-tiered Naughty Castle maze where children can socialize and run wild safely.

• The Third Floor (Focused Engagement): We positioned the calmer, skill-building activities at the top of the building. This zone features dedicated DIY craft classrooms, tactical cave-crawling tunnels, and an indoor bowling arena, isolating focus-driven exploration away from the loud, high-traffic commotion below.

Encouraging Exploration Through Immersive Play Design

Instead of separating attractions with cold, rigid barriers, ESAC designed organic transition zones based on magnified daily elements. By blending these large-scale artistic focal points directly into the physical flow of the building, moving between attractions becomes a game in itself.

Integrating familiar objects like oversized boots, giant hourglasses, and massive soap bottles allows us to merge high play value with structural utility. These transition spaces encourage children to crawl, climb, and choose their own pathways through the park. This immersive kids' structural design means that movement is never just a walk from point A to point B; instead, the physical layout continuously rewards a child's natural desire to explore.

Reinforced Steel Structures for Long-Term Stability

Our engineering team faced a massive task right at the start: removing the existing floor slabs and reinforcing the core framework. Leveraging years of on-site experience, we completed the entire demolition and horizontal beam reinforcement in just 15 days.

Safety remained our absolute priority throughout this rapid construction phase. To ensure complete structural stability, we added custom heavy-duty steel reinforcement to every load-bearing element on the floor, including the main staircases, the giant boot apparatus, and the stage grandstands.

Eco-Friendly Materials for Children's Health

Indoor air quality and chemical safety are primary concerns for modern parents and venue operators. ESAC enforces a strict zero-compromise material selection policy:

• E0-Grade Materials: Throughout the entire fabrication process, we exclusively utilized E0-grade eco-friendly panels, matching the strict safety standards required for maternal and infant environments.
• Premium Branded Finishes: All paints and liquid coatings were sourced from top-tier professional brands like Nippon Paint. These materials provide soft, warm color tones tailored for children's visual psychology while completely eliminating harmful volatile emissions.

• Zero-Edge Rounding: Every single wall surface, partition edge, and custom installation corner underwent precision hand-sanding to create perfectly smooth, rounded edges, completely removing the risk of accidental bumps.
• High-Quality Soft Wrapping: In all areas where children run, jump, and play heavily, the walls and structural components are entirely covered with premium shock-absorbing soft padding, giving kids the freedom to explore without restraint.
