Compared to their previous collaboration at the Zhengzhou Modoqi store (6,000㎡), the Wuhan store represents a comprehensive breakthrough: featuring a three-story, 13,000㎡ entertainment space with a striking 15-meter ceiling height that transcends traditional children's playground limitations, delivering both immersive depth and exploratory excitement.

The three-story space features clearly defined functions and a well-designed layout, creating diverse play experiences for children: the first floor focuses on service facilities, including an ice and snow house, a service desk, and a shoe-changing area, providing one-stop enrollment services for convenience for both parents and children; the second floor emphasizes interactive experiences with a career exploration zone and a play castle, catering to children's needs for role-playing and free play; the third floor prioritizes learning through fun with activities such as a craft workshop, cave exploration, and bowling, enabling children to develop hands-on skills and exploratory abilities while having fun, achieving dual benefits of growth and enjoyment.

In this Wuhan-based Modoki design project, the Elephant Art Design team adopted the core concept of "daily-life adventures," enlarging and reimagining familiar everyday objects. When children interact with these creations, they feel as if embarking on a unique fantasy journey, discovering life's beauty and joy through play.

By integrating spatial layout with children's behavioral patterns, multiple distinctive design features have been created that balance entertainment value with practicality.

1. Giant Boot Device: Unlock a new way to explore vertically

Shoes are everyday items that every child interacts with, yet designers have transformed them into massive installations that defy conventional play equipment designs, turning the childhood fantasy of "adventuring inside shoes" into reality.

The device features an interactive climbing net inside, serving not only as a distinctive photo spot but also as a vertical access route. Children can use the net to navigate freely between floors, turning stair climbing into a fun adventure.

2. Giant Sandglass Pool: Experiencing Time Through Play

A giant hourglass-shaped sand clock is installed at the center of the sandbox, creating a visually striking scene that sparks children's imagination and curiosity. Comprehensive safety measures surround the area, allowing children to freely express their creativity and build their own little worlds among the sand grains.

3. Ganhai District & Xiaozhuni Pit District: Recreating those carefree moments in the bathroom

To enhance the water-play elements of the Ganhai District and Xiaozhu Mud Pit projects, inspiration was drawn from family bathroom settings. A large hand sanitizer display was installed at the entrance, complemented by dynamic wave motifs, seamlessly blending everyday functionality with a playful experience. This design not only aligns with children's natural understanding of play but also adds fun to the environment, allowing children to fully enjoy playing in water and mud pits within a safe setting.

The essence of design lies in creativity, while its successful implementation hinges on quality. As the designer and constructor of Wuhan Modoqi Children's Kingdom, Elephant Art consistently upholds the principles of "safety, environmental sustainability, and meticulous craftsmanship" throughout the entire construction process, safeguarding every childlike innocence with dedication.

1. Steel structure reinforcement: efficient construction for robust safety protection

To create a 15-meter-high open space, the Elephant Art Engineering team faced the critical task of demolishing existing floor slabs and reinforcing the structural framework during the project's initial phase. Leveraging extensive construction experience and a professional technical team, they completed both slab demolition and beam reinforcement in just 15 days, efficiently advancing progress while ensuring structural stability.

Furthermore, all load-bearing elements within the venue—including staircases, the giant boot-shaped structure, and stage seating areas—have been professionally reinforced with steel structures to eliminate safety hazards at their source, ensuring safety as the top priority during construction.

2. Environmentally friendly materials: Strictly selected for quality to safeguard children's health

Environmental sustainability in children's spaces remains a fundamental principle that Elephant Art consistently upholds. For this project, we exclusively used E0-grade eco-friendly panels that meet safety standards for infants and mothers, safeguarding children's health from the outset; the paints employed are from leading brands such as Nippon Paint, featuring environmentally compliant properties and soft colors that not only align with the visual requirements of children's environments but also effectively minimize exposure to harmful substances, ensuring peace of mind for parents and safe play for children.

3. Detail refinement: Comprehensive protection that balances safety and comfort

All walls and installations feature rounded edges to completely eliminate the risk of injuries from sharp corners; areas frequently used by children are fully covered with high-quality soft padding, providing cushioning for running and jumping activities, thereby maximizing safety and allowing children to play freely without restraint.
