1. Structural Steel Reinforcement & Atrium Engineering

Creating the 15-meter vertical atrium required 15 days of continuous slab demolition and structural re-engineering. ESAC’s engineering team applied heavy-duty structural steel reinforcement across all major load-bearing elements—including multi-level staircases, elevated stage viewing platforms, and the giant boot climbing structure. This guarantees maximum structural integrity and structural longevity under high-density daily visitor loads.

2. High-Capacity Traffic Flow & Congestion Control

Managing entry and movement for up to 2,400 families simultaneously demands smart space allocation. ESAC engineered a seamless traffic architecture:

• Ground-Level Operational Hub: Integrated 2,400 secure shoe lockers and 1,000 luggage storage spaces directly at the entrance to streamline arrival and departure.

• The Pandora’s Box Atrium: Designed multi-path diversion channels linking the 1st floor to upper levels, preventing bottlenecks around stairwells and elevators during peak operational hours.

3. Zoned Multi-Dimensional Play Architecture

ESAC organized the 13,000 m² floor plan into three specialized functional levels designed around child development:

• Level 1 (Arrival & Operations Hub): Streamlined check-in, high-capacity luggage management, and dedicated prep zones.

• Level 2 (Active Play & Roleplay City): Focused on gross motor skills and social play, featuring a giant boot climbing structure, multi-lane slide ball castles, a padded sand pool, and realistic pretend-city setups (Princess House, Construction Workshop, Kitchen, Mud Puddle).

• Level 3 (Edutainment & Parent Comfort): Combines cognitive play and adult relaxation, housing the Pinocchio Puppet Theater, digital projection forests, STEM micro-biology labs, craft workshops, and quiet parent workstations with dining amenities.

4. International Safety Standards & Zero-VOC Eco-Materials

Commercial safety is built into every stage of ESAC’s fabrication process:

• CARB Phase 2 / EPA Standard Compliance: All internal composite panels utilize ultra-low emission boards compliant with international CARB Phase 2 and EPA TSCA Title VI standards.

• Zero-VOC & Toy-Safe Coatings: Surface finishes are executed with non-toxic, Zero-VOC water-based paints (such as Nippon) meeting infant safety and EN71-3 toy safety standards.

• Full-Coverage Soft Padding: Every exposed wall corner, structural column, and rigid fixture features curved profiles encased in thick, high-density protective foam padding.

• Deep Air Purification: Executed three complete rounds of professional deep air decontamination prior to public opening.
