Five Stores Launching Together | Tropical Rainforest's “Hot” Power Opens New Planet with Strong Brand Visual Output
Tropical Rainforest originated in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, registered in 2015, is one of the brands under Zhongshan Zhongzhuo Investment and Development Co. It is a large-scale indoor theme park that integrates animation, leisure, games, and educational derivative merchandise for fun and education. It has opened more than 20 directly-managed outlets in Guangdong, Hubei, Inner Mongolia and Hebei.
This summer vacation, the hot rainforest brand added five new stores, has landed in Beijing, Guangzhou, Texas, Taizhou, Yiwu five cities, the heat is on, the joy is non-stop!
As a brand that has been in operation for 9 years, catching up with the aesthetics of the times, keeping the theme entertaining, and pushing the envelope is an inevitable path for brand upgrades. While maintaining the brand's tone, the rainforest critters have traveled from the rainforest to space ......
Background of the story
There's a mysterious treasure hidden in the vastness of the stars.
It's a rainforest planet floating in space.
It's inhabited by a primitive and isolated people.
Lita, Wicklow, Poe, Arceo.
One day, by chance.
Lita discovered a port to open the planet's barrier.
She decided to put on a space suit.
She decided to put on a space suit and take her friends out into space as they had never seen it before.
At the beginning of the brand, Tropical Rainforest Theme Park used a rainforest-inspired theme style with a natural ecological feel. As the trend changed, in 2021, Party A had customized a complete set of brand VIS in Elephant Art, which included IP design and space theme.

The spatial design of this project follows the space theme of the original VIS design and extends the design, supporting the output of the entire store remodeling design program and supporting thematic promotional materials.

In the design of the space, the use of space-themed IP elements, combined with the use of metal materials, translucent materials and lighting with the display, to simple but reflect the future sense of the visual experience to develop the design, highlighting the advanced perspective of the new wave of play space.

Combined with the presentation of the “Hot Zone” concept theme, it is as if people are really stepping into the rainforest planet, leaving all the worries behind and picking up the original playful heart.
Themed around the theme of the Enthusiastic Zone, the zoning is themed according to the functional program to enhance the immersive space experience.

Tropicana's five new stores are mainly video game and entertainment centers, of which the Guangzhou store has two business components: video game and entertainment centers and children's growth centers.
Unified visual management of the brand, using the VIS visual system as a guide to extend the design. In the design of the space, the mascot's backstory was extended, and the futuristic “orange, blue and purple” was used as the color tone of the space, and orange, representing the “warm zone”, was chosen to collide with the cold and warm colors of the icy blue light.

As one of the key points of the space design, the front door will be designed according to the city and the industry, Beijing, Dezhou, Taizhou, Yiwu, mainly to video games and entertainment, in the design to highlight the future sense of science and technology, cyberpunk style as the focus of the build.

Considering that Guangzhou consists of two major businesses: video games and children's playgrounds, the design of the children's playground area is more inclined to the aesthetics of the general public as well as parent-child families.
Warm Stand - Service Desk

The service desk is made of metal, and its unique luster and texture not only makes it easy to clean and maintain, but also reflects light under the illumination, adding a sense of technology and fashion to the entire space.

Both the floor and display cabinets are designed with display areas to facilitate the display of gifts, prizes, peripherals and other items, which serve as storage while also attracting visitors' attention and stimulating interest.

The gift exchange area takes simplicity as the core design concept, creating a refreshing and modern visual atmosphere. Transparent glass and metal cabinets are paired with each other, one soft and one rigid, creating a unique visual tension. The space is not overly decorated, allowing visitors' attention to quickly focus on the gifts on display.

The arrow-emitting light strips in the ceiling add a sense of dynamism and guidance to the entire space. ip modeling lights and light boxes are accents that add interest and uniqueness to the space.

Stickers on the walls and floors are designed with IP-related elements, reinforcing the visitors' impression of the IP and the rainforest brand as they walk around.

The stage adopts a circular shape to create a smooth and inclusive visual experience. The electronic screens play a variety of background videos, images and special effects, providing a rich and varied visual backdrop for the performance.

The dancing machine area uses linear light strips arranged in an orderly manner to create a difference from the rest of the space, delineating the space and able to guide players to find the area quickly. In addition, the light bar flashes with the rhythm of the music, creating an energetic atmosphere.

The ceiling is modeled with round interconnecting shapes, adding a sense of fluidity and unique visual effect to the space. This design makes the area visually more open, as if forming a unique niche, directing attention to the gift machine with an attractive focus.

Smooth lines weaving throughout the area, as if the flow of energy, greatly increasing the competitive dynamic atmosphere, so that players seem to be in a fierce competition environment.

The lottery machine area provides ample space for players to move around, and the spacious aisles avoid crowds and collisions, allowing visitors to enjoy lottery games in a relatively comfortable environment.
Guangzhou Tropical Entertainment Theme Park takes family fun as the core, and creates two major sections, namely the video game world and the children's growth center. The children's playground starts from the perspective of teaching and enjoying, and provides interactive, educational and social needs for parents and children's families.

The children's playground area is centered around the theme of planetary adventure, and the design incorporates a large number of wormholes, galaxies and other elements. The whole space uses orange and yellow color in a large area, as if bringing children into a planetary world full of sunshine and enthusiasm.

The stage area is dominated by blue color, which creates a mysterious and imaginative atmosphere for the stage by matching dark and light blue. In addition, the spotlight decoration is added. When the spotlight is on, the strong light is projected on the stage, forming a sharp contrast between light and shadow, which increases the three-dimensionality and hierarchy of the stage.
